U Got Fooled

she said it’s true that he makes me live hell..

but sometimes he makes me feel like heaven..

she said he’s constantly giving me limps and busted lips..

i can handle all that pain more or less she said

but what would kill me is the pain of loneliness

she said he makes my life colorful..

though he makes my eyes blue..

i don’t hear him saying ” i love u”..

but i find myself saying “i love u too”

they always tell her ur getting abused and u should end it..

but she says i prefer another broken bone to a broken heart..

she said I’d rather be verbally, mentally and physically abused..

than to be all alone..without scars to be cured

i told her if being with someone meant being so bruised..

then u should be alone.. that’s not love..

u got fooled !!!
