New Slang Entertainment is a joint collaboration of several artists, ranging from producers and performing artists to graphic designers, sharing a vision to provide quality media services.
Biography
New Slang Entertainment was founded on February 2011 and officially started business on August 2011. It was an initiative started by Sudanese youth dedicated and in love with music and the arts in general. For all audio promotional tracks and sample music will be released and posted through their Facebook page and the corresponding page on Reverbnation.com.
New Slang Ent. has collaborated with Nas With Notepads on several occasions and have recorded and produced the Nas With Notepads performances on the 2012 “100 Thousand Poets for Change”.

The Peace Poets:
We are young educators committed to teaching our peers with a focus on our collective liberation. We are community based arts collective from New York City. Our mission is to create safe spaces for inner-city youth to express themselves artistically and discover their true potential as community members and leaders. We aim to create fresh art that reflects love, loss, and life. The Peace Poets use music and poetry in our collective struggle for justice. Through performances and workshops we open spaces for all people to embrace their role as leaders in the construction of more just communities.
UMST Graduates Union
The UMSTGU is the official body representing UMST graduates. It was established for the purpose of mutual support between graduates for the common welfare of our graduates. The union continues to maintain a great relationship and communications with UMST Administration and UMST Student Union.
UMSTGU has been facilitating the WORDshops of “Nas With Notepads” through providing lecture rooms and all required facilities. Beyond that, key members of the union have shown admirable participation in the WORDshops and are volunteering in NWN events, adding both value and insight.
Corinthia Hotel Khartoum
Corinthia Hotel Khartoum has been the sponsoring “Nas With Notepads” by providing the venue and requirements and hosting our annual Poetry Event as participation in the 100 Thousand Poets for Change” initiative. This include space, refreshments, seating, lighting and any other needed preparations including space for rehearsals.
