Can someone see the world through my eyes ?
Picture him being me and disguised
Seeing just light outta dark sides
Sculpting smiles through rough times
While on the inside fighting demons
And looking at the sky
And as I quote…
All the while we de meditate pon jah works while bad mind dem sit down and spoil.
We nah go waste no time and have them pon we mind Just gwan trod jah road and smile!!
CAN’T THEM GET WE OUT, All them a try, but THEM CANT GET WE OUT
Well this one is fighting to stay alive & saying alhamdulilah
On the other Side of the world
A village girl came to the civilization alone licking her wounds trying to stand alone
Cussing her life thinking of sue aside no one to rely on just saying thank you lord
And this man right here blessed with money but with no soul
Drowning himself with girls & alcohol
Lost his faith but kept begging for more sins
And life of no sense and going with the flow
In the mean time in somewhere unknown
A man with his wife living the simple life work – home & a warm hug from his 3 little borns
Just looking for “Sutra” asking: ya Allah, guide us through this road
And next to him a 20 years old single mom working 2 shifts a day doubting herself
Should I raise this child or love myself & walk down That aisle
Cause my first choice ( I was drunk wanted to chill with dem boys )
Za3’areet o sharbat, lamat ahal o as7ab
3’ona o mosha3’alat da al3id ja o fat
W allama aljaya Ella fi almonasabat
There must be a reason for all these harshness in life beyond our understanding
Ups and downs, youm leik o 17 3leik
Da sayg a5ir model o int sayg dalalak 3lik
We have questions looking our whole
Life for the answers and we might not get them
But when we go to sleep deep down inside we know
That Allah will reward us cause one of his names is justice
Work hard and you’ll gain your demands
Try to live for a while before you die
Bottom line is : YOLO
