The WORDshop is an informal circle of learning on all things poetry and spoken word that is held on a monthly basis.
The topic for this month’s WORDshop is INSPIRATION! 🙂
Date: Saturday, November 17, 2012
Venue: to be determined
Time: from 3 – 5pm.
Hopefully, we’ll be discussing what inspires us to write, how to harness this inspiration in order to produce art, and how to combat writer’s block.
Some points regarding the past and future WORDshops:
- For the sake of effectiveness, we keep our sessions small, so we’re capping at 20 people. First come first serve – so make sure to be the first to sign up!
- Don’t be late – you don’t want to miss out on anything!
- Materials that are generally needed:
– notepad or other note-taking device
– pieces wrote/performed/would like to perform
– Creativity and lots of enthusiasm! 😀
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. Thank you for registering – and for those who couldn’t make it, there’s always next month! 😀
Nas. Notepads. No questions asked.
